Refund & Return Policy:

Ammathas (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://ammathas.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you consent to the terms below. The terms are to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General:

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your item demands at time of purchase. Under such a circumstance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Returns:

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind:

Returns will be accepted by Ammatha’s only due to damage and no other circumstance. Once returns are received and accepted, RTO will be booked within 1 to 2 days and refunds will be processed to the source account within 5 days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Ammathas) will refund the value of the goods returned.

Delivery Terms:

Transit Time - Domestic

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days

Transit time -  International

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Dispatch Time:

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address:

Change of delivery address requests can be fulfilled at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping:

Ammatha’s will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

Items Out Of Stock:

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded:

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please get in touch with us so that we initiate an investigation.

Tracking Notifications:

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If a parcel is found damaged in-transit, please reject said parcel and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please contact customer service.

Duties & Taxes:

Sales Tax

All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of sales tax

Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required in addition to the shipping cost. These costs would be calculated in advance and displayed at the checkout, giving the customers the choice to pay the required duties and taxes in advance or upon arrival of the order at the destined country. We encourage customers to pay the required duties and taxes prior to delivery in order to facilitate a seamless and hassle-free delivery.

In case of refusal to pay said duties and/or taxes, the goods will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.The customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations:

Order cancellation due to change of mind will be accepted at any time before the order has been dispatched. In case of cancellation post order dispatch, please refer to our refund policy.

Process for parcel lost in-transit:

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
